Dr Tighe could not see anything that would be causing acute abdominal pain based off test and scans. Didn't treat symptoms just sent them home from the ER. He never actually came into the exam room, all information was provided through nurse and PA. A follow-up to be scheduled with other doctors.

Went to the ER in intense and scary pain, saw a NP and had an ultrasound which showed nothing. Tried to discharge me still in pain, so I asked to see the attending, Dr Tighe was just as clueless as the NP. So they sent me home with ibuprofen and said what every er does when they don’t know what’s happening and don’t care enough to look further “if it continues see your primary care physician” look at the reviews of cullman regional medical center. Every last one of them is 1 Star. No exaggeration. It’s because of situations like mine. You should be ashamed dr Tighe, cause I did follow up with my primary care doctor who went me to Birmingham ER and I had to have emergency surgery because you missed what was causing my intense pain.

My son was treated by Dr. Tighe at his new location, and I could not disagree more with the previous review. Dr. Tighe was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all of my questions and concerns. He was friendly, compassionate and not at all condescending! Not only will I take my son to see him again, I hope to have him treat my entire family. My experience with Dr. Tighe could not have been more different.

Absolutely careless, judgemental and arrogant. Would not give me anything for pain for a kidney stone. I had to push really hard and shouldn't have with my medical history of chronic stones. He then said He would give me toradol. I looked up drug interactions with my current meds to find it was critical and could have put me in the hospital. I am insulted, disgusted, and mortified by his attitude and treatment towards me. I wish I could get his medical license evaluated.
