I was recently diagnosed type 1 diabetic and couldn’t get any real help from anyone until I met Dr. westbie. He’s amazing. He really helped me when I thought no one could or would.

This doctor is totally terrible. Don't go there.

I have no idea what Dr. Westbie is like, however the fact that he would refuse to see me based on what ever the rude receptionist that was condescending and hung up on me because she didn't like me being a little upset about them cancelling my appointment the day before I was supposed to go and at the very last minute after they were closed so I couldn't even call back to speak to someone else. It was my word against hers and now he refused to take me as a patient because of this situation. I have never been refused to be seen for a serious medical need as I am a type one diabetic trying to gain better control and he is my only option all I have to say is WOW karen and Dr. Westbie for putting me though emotional turmoil and compromising my health needs because your receptionist didn't like that I told her she shouldn't be condescending to upset patients that are being majorly inconvenienced after waiting two months for this appointment. It is really sad. thanks karen!

Dr Westbie is a caring doctor who puts me at ease when I go to him for my appointments. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, to answer my questions, to help me find answers. He will be missed when he goes into retirement. Finding another doctor who I trust the way I do Dr Westbie will be a challenge I don’t look forward to.

My husband and I see Dr. Westbie and he is a very caring Doctor. Deedee, his nurse is amazing and takes care to listen to your questions and concerns. I totally agree with the previous review that the rest of their staff need some training to be friendly and courteous to their patients. They are not!

DR Westbie is find caring doc. His nurse DEDE is excellent. The rest of office staff is very cooled and completely unprofessional and should be removed or trained to understand that they are there to help the patients not to control there lives. There telephone demeanor is rude and condescending. If not be able to short circuit the phone operator I would change to another doctor. I hope my comments are taken series and some action would be taken.
