Incorrect Diagnosis-Very Poor Care
His office is very chaotic and staff are difficult to reach. He diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis and put me on the powerful drug, methotrexate. A University professor determined this was a misdiagnosis five months later and that I had osteoarthritis. The methotrexate was discontinued and in following me for over a year the osteoarthritis has proven to be correct diagnosis. If I had stayed under Miller's care I no doubt would have been on every biologic available because none of them would have been effective due to the wrong diagnosis.

Donald Miller is an in-network doctor for my insurance but I am always charged by his billing office for services which were not provided or for charges that the insurance indicated I am not responsible for. My desperate attempts to get this corrected have failed. I am curious to know if others have this problem with his office ?

Dr Miller has been my Rheumatologist since 1999. He is now treating me for Systemic Lupus since 2012 and he is the very reason that I am alive today. He is a amazing practitioner, diagnostician, supportative, listens to all of my complaints with sincerity and compassion. Dr Miller is always available whenever i need him with the answers to all of my complex issues. I have referred many friends to him.
