Dr. Donna Edwards didn’t meet my expectations. She seemed uninterested and unclear at times, and I didn’t feel heard or comfortable during our appointments. Not the best experience with a doctor.

Dr Edwards was late to the appointment with no apology, this seems to be a trend for Mount Sinai doctors. Instead of listening to my concerns, she became verbally abusiv3 during the appointment. In future, either let patients know you are running late, or create a schedule for yourself that allows for you to be on time. This doctor shouted at me over the phone, was condescending. This behaviour is extremely concerning and irresponsible.

Amazing Doctor Edwards

It’s been a pleasure having Dr. Edwards as my doctor. She is very attentive and caring. A dedicated doctor who puts her patients first. She has helped me incredibly with my health. Thank you so much Dr. Donna Edwards

Terrible communication skills
Telehealth
She will not answer your phone calls and has incorrect information listed on her Mount Sinai profile. She will also block you and prevent you from making further appointments if you have any technical issues and will not take the time to answer your questions. Her system malfunctioned when processing my insurance and seemed upset with me. If you don’t like your job find a new profession. Extremely unprofessional RUN!

Was not her patient for annual checkup but was forced to see her. As LGBTQ member has never experienced such judgmental, rude and bully behavior from health provider. Still at shock after visiting her. Never again!

when I first started seeing her she was really great. Now after a few years I feel like she just cant be bothered when you are asking specific questions. Also she seemed rather annoyed at even the most basic simple questions and rushed. I think at this point its time to find another PCP.
