Dr. Jones addressed everything I had going on. I'm grateful that she did not just try to treat my symptoms and push me away. Dr. Jones worked to solve the source of my problems. She took her time and listened to all of my health concerns.

Dr. Jones is excellent. I do not actually LIKE seeing doctors and avoid it when I can, but Dr Jones manages to make it not only bearable but pleasant. She has the gift of making the patient feel comfortable, she listens, she makes good use of the time without appearing to be rushed, and she always asks if there are any questions before she leaves. Gold star!

I am 68 years old and have had lots of good PAs, NPs and MDs. Dr. Donna Jones is probably the most thorough and approachable of all of them, and she is BY FAR the best explainer. I understand what my test results far better with her knowledgable and patient explanations.

This was my first visit and I was very comfortable with Dr Jones. She didn't rush through things, she explained everything in a way I understood, and she was very helpful with advice. Also she was NOT judgmental about the fact I hadn't seen a doctor in many years.

I am very pleased with the health care I receive at Providence Family Medical. Dr. Jones is very thorough. She took extra time to discuss a concern I had about one of my blood lab results which we have been watching for the last year. She did research beforehand and explain to me what my next options are moving forward. She even printed a page of the medical journal article so I would have a visual reference. I very much appreciate her diligence.
