What impressses me most about Dr Phelan is her willingness to listen to inquiries concerning my test results and medications. She takes as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain the results and put together a plan moving forward. She is explains things in layman’s terms so it’s easier to understand testing results and reasons for medication adjustments.
