Great Doc!
She was concerned about my problems. Seemed knowledgeable about treatments available and how she could help me.

Needs her license taken
I seen Dr.Tolly for a few years. During this time I was gas lit into taking antidepressants and antianxiety meds I didn't need. I went in for neck pain in my lymph nodes and she said it was a stiff neck. Which after seeing a different doctor has been diagnosed as Hyperthyroidism and possible thyroid cancer (Needs further testing). Because she refused to look at it and REFUSED to listen to me I now deal with this in an advanced state. Due to her negligence, I also had to have my Gallbladder removed. I had stomach issues for many years and asked for a referral to a Gastro surgeon (need one for insurance). She told me no, prescribed me yet another medication for anxiety. Turns out my gallbladder was filled with stones and sludge and needed out. I only got this referral after ending up in the ER. I have been told since she has refused to give me proper treatment (by a personal injury lawyer) and I ended up with a disease that she could have very easily diagnosed, I can sue for malpractice.

Avoid like the plague
If I could give her less I would. She is very smug and incompetent. She took my asthma medication from me because I "didn't need it". I had to go to a pulmonologist to get put back on it. I have had asthma since I was a small child, I am over 30 now. She refused to refer me to a dermatologist for an obvious skin disease. I had to be referred through my obgyn. She will interrupt you to tell you you are wrong multiple times. Then try and make you feel stupid and less than her. I have had the same heart issues going on for the past 7 months and none of the issues get addressed and my problem has begun to get worse. She refuses to listen and then will prescribe me an medication for anxiety. It's almost every visit I get a new anti anxiety medication that I never end up getting filled. Told me the hospital wasn't qualified to tell me what was wrong with me after I went in for my fibroids. If you value your time, money, opinion and your life, DO NOT GO TO HER!

Listens and Cares
I have been her patient for years. She is a caring and understanding person. Her practice is also very busy with it being Ohio Health. When you go in with one issue make sure it is only 1 and not compounded with other problems. If you have more than 1 then state that upon getting an appointment. I had that experience when I went originally for 1 and then my right side started to hurt 2 or 3 days before, so I waited until my appt. I know so much "time" is scheduled according to why you want seen. Mine had become more complicated. She addressed my first but I had an extra 30 min. wait in the exam room until she could talk with me about the second. She and the staff was apologetic and asked if they could get me anything. It wasn't their fault that it was a busy day and there were other patients who expected their appointments to be on time. I appreciated her listening because I ended up diagnosed with renal stones and had to have surgery.

Not someone you want to see if you are older
I have seen her for sometime. My last visit was Dec. 2021, I had another visit June 2022. I'm 75 and have issues that need to be addressed. I'm so unhappy with her every time I have gone, but I will not go back again. In complete agreement with everyone who gave a 1 rating. Took me off meds that I really need, with no concern. Put in my chart thing she has no way of knowing, because I have not been tested. I could go on and on, suffice to say I will never go back

Dr. Gonzales is very condescending. She does not listen to you and even interrupts you when you are trying to explain symptoms to her. I feel totally belittled when I leave her office.

She does not listen and tries to tell you on how to raise my children. She doesn't believe in breastfeeding and doesn't allow for a second opinion before jumping down your throat! If there was a 0 I would have put that!

Terrible doctor. She doesn’t want to be a partner in your health-care. She wants to dictate your healthcare. She has a weak ego and wants to pull rank on her patients. She does not listen to your requests. She is closed minded and unhelpful. She will cause you to not be able to work Bc she won’t sign a paper saying you are able to work..... put me out of job.... when I was completely able to work. Completely awful doctor and person. I would give her zero stars if it were possible.

I have been to her a few times and each time, she was somewhat arrogant. I can feel the “eye rolls” going on inside her head when I’m speaking. Doesn’t listen well and makes me feel like a hypochondriac, when I know my medical history very well and know what I’m trying to explain. Won’t be back.

This doctor and this practice need HELP. While I won't go into specifics but when I called the office for actual help I was lectured. Told I made excuses for eating habits. Doesn't want to hear about budgets, just wants me to eat food that I can't eat. That's an excuse. I have allergies which she tried to put me on meds that I have an allergy too. Anytime I am in there and stressed out she offers anxiety meds. I don't want pills to be shoved into a plan that she has no business prescribing.

Very clearly interested in supporting the bottom line for Ohio Health. Been stable on blood pressure medications for 9 years, was told that I have to be seen every 3 months for prescription refills for blood pressure medications. Only interest is in generating revenue, not establishing relationships with patients. It was made clear that she only works 8-1 and we would need to fit in to her schedule if we were even lucky enough to see her.

very short to allow patient to even answer her question, made it very clear only 1 symptom per visit. how do you get a picture of a person's health with only allowing them to address 1 symptom. picked my one symptom she looked on computer an without testing or physical exam gave a dx. .Google can do that. no explanation, did not take time to listen. won't return. very quick to get appointment.

Dr. Dora was very kind. I was impressed with her. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Listened. Even though I know she was busy. I think I'm going to like her. It's so important to find a Dr. who cares. Kinda tough these days. Would have put 5 stars but staff is still in question.
