Terrible Doctor
The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. After waiting 1.5 hours to see her, she came into the room, didn't introduce herself; was wearing a dirty labcoat; didn't have a chart or computer and proceeded to make notes about me on 2x2 sticky notes. She didn't like the fact that I'm informed about my health and was very patronizing and condescending. Terrible attitude; wouldn't listen; a humiliating experience. I won't be back.

Terrible attitude! She will NOT acknowledge when she has done something wrong or have provided you wrong information. I have to wait over two hours on my first visit. She does NOT listen to any information that you provide her as a patient. When you call her out on what she has done wrong she tries to talk to you like you are beneath her.... I would NOT Recommend her to nobody not even my dog!

I have been a patient of this doctor for several years. Her professionalism and medical demeanor have vastly declined over the years. She has misdiagnosed my condition of "diverticulitis" as lactose intolerant and told me to go get "Diary Ease" to treat my symptoms. SHE WAS GROSSLY WRONG! (2) She told me that I didn't need a "colonoscopy" after months of pain in my stomach area, and thank God my gastro doc performed the colonoscopy anyway, and found 3 "pre-cancerous polyps"!!! I had my annual with her, I got there early (no problem to wait), I waited for 2 hrs & 20 minutes. They made me wait 20 minutes past my appt time and she had "NO PATIENTS IN FRONT ME"!!! So as I complained to the staff. Once finally in the examining room, Dr. "Blake" accused me of causing a raucous in the waiting room, which I told her I DID NOT, but expressed my anxiety to the staff, as I was waiting now 20 minutes past my appt time and that she was in the office the entire time, with no patients! She then had t

I am a new patient to Dr. Blake. On my first visit the front desk was professional; the nurse tech was professional; when Dr. Blake came in the room she came in the dorr talking by saying; "I'm Dr. Blake and I know why you are here for medication refills. Do you want the lap band?" I was done from there; she never extended her hand or anything. I found her to be very Rude! During the visit she asked what scripts I needed and I responsed and told her way I wanted them to go. I went to the Walgreen's and the medication wasn't there nor had it been called in my the office. I went back to the office at 9:30am and let the front desk know that the medications were not at Walgreens. The front desk said they will be called in within a hour. I went to work and called Walgreen's 5 hours later and of course NO scripts had been called in. I called Dr. Blake's office and inquired as to my scripts and I was told that Dr. Blake had not approved them yet. This has not been a good first experience!!

Dr. Blake has been my primary doctor most of the last 15 years. She makes sure when you have ailments outside of her range that you are prescribed the correct medicine until you have seen the specialist that she has taken her time to go over with you that she has recomended.

To the point: you have to wait a good while after your appointment to see her, then when you do, it feels rushed. It's your JOB to care for patients if you are in a hurry you're in the wrong field. Patient manner is terrible, urgent cares have been better. Staff is pleasant however.

I have been a patient of Dr. Blake's for upwards of 20 years. Although their can be a bit of a wait sometimes, Dr. Blake spends time with each patient and answers questions thoroughly. The one thing Dr. Blake will not do is supply you with pills for every ache or pain, which I have grown to respect. She believes in health and fitness combined with medication. Really good practice.
