Dr. Karam is an exceptional physician with a remarkable bedside manner. She is thoughtful, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable. Her genuine concern for her patients is evident in how she listens attentively and strives to understand their needs. She has been my mom’s doctor for the past few years, and I am deeply thankful for her care. My mom has encountered numerous challenges over the last couple of years, and having Dr. Karam by our side has been an invaluable blessing.Living out of town has made it difficult to coordinate my mom’s many appointments. Fortunately, her office has been extremely accommodating, making every effort to schedule her visits around my availability when I’m in town. She is very thorough and does not interrupt while you are talking to her. The longest I've had to wait to see her is about 10 minutes. They also reply on the portal w/in 24 hours and sometimes sooner. They really run that office well.
