Dr. Dorothy Kodzwa, MD

I was referred to Dr.D by a coworker. All he kept saying is that I was going to love her! I met her and his words are true. My favorite thing about her is that she’s caring but yet direct especially with my health even when I don’t obey all the rules. She has a sense of humor and she explains my health issues in detail with sensible options . I feel like I’m in a classroom with her about my health. She allows me to ask, discuss and gives me the pros and cons. She respects my opinion and always willing to try a different approach. I wish there was a 100 star rating because she would definitely get it. She’s is my favorite doctor and I’ve adopted her as my family because of her kindness, care, witty personality, and overall love she has for her staff and patients. Everyone who I’ve met that knows her had the same sentiments to share. A one of a kind blessing to the medical community!

I have been going to this office for 10 years. At first, I thought that they were great. Within the last two years, the staff at this office have canceled my appointments on several occasions. I was OK with the first or second time but the third fourth and fifth time was unnecessary. The staff acts like it’s my fault and they are not pleasant about it. This last time that they canceled they were able to reschedule on a day that I am off. I accept it then they called me the day before and and canceled again. They called to tell about an appointment like right now. Not caring that I may have other appointments and telling me to get there at a certain time without any consideration that it was not my fault that serval appointments were canceled. The reason for cancellations is that the doctor has other things to do. I understand that sometimes we have emergencies, but this is just too much. I even asked at one time if I can see another doctor and they told me no. I think that they’re about six other doctors within that organization. I understand that they have many other patience than myself and they can make money without me. But at this time 10 years, I will not share any of my money with them by giving them my service . I am really really am sad that I have to leave and find another team of doctors. To me this is very bad service that I have to look for another doctor because of something this simple.

Dr. Dorothy Kodzwa is a caring, knowlegeable doctor that oversees my thyroid problem with a plan of action that is very suitable to my needs. I appreciate you Doctor Dorothy.

Dr. Kodzwa is a great and understanding Dr. she takes her time with you.
