Called an on call number as it is a Saturday night and I’m suffering with a migraine. Well unfortunately Dorothy Lyons was on call. She does not treat me but was the one who I had to talk to. She refused to look up any records to help me, would not prescribe any medication and referred me to the ER. Oh wait, she hung up on me as I was speaking. Not only is Dr. Lyons awful, but the practice is. Nurses, Nurse practitioners, everyone. Save yourself and don’t go there.

I wouldn't recommend her under any circumstances. She crippled me. She doesn't care about patients. She just wants to spend minimum time, collect her money and get on with her personal interests. I hope there is an ultimate justice that will be visited upon her for all the pain, misery and permanent damage she has visited upon patients who were in her care and keeping. However, care and keeping of patients are words that never should be associated with her malpractice of medicine.
