My first appointment was yesterday. I immediately felt that Dr Russ was very interested in the reason I was there. She listened and took time to make a treatment plan for me with my input. It was a very positive experience.

Dr Russ was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had she listens to her patients and spends a good amount of time with them she has left the healthplex around July 25th I will truly miss her and we wish her the very best; for now I plan on staying with the healthplex I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them I recommend the provider and TGH

Dr. Russ is the most caring and conscientious physician I have ever known. She is compassionate and takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is also a very competent doctor. I have a chronic condition, and she has helped me manage it more effectively than I've been able to in the past. Her dedication to her patients does mean that she's occasionally running late, but I think it's worth the wait.

Don’t waste your time. Went in as a first time visit after the ER and she refused to help me. Wanted to send me back to the ER. Patients try to get help and wait months to see her only to be turned away. I would never recommend her. Very unprofessional and lacks empathy and basic ethics.

If you want a doctor who doesn’t care about you or your issues and is just trying to make it out the door as soon as possible call Dorothy Russ!! The entire appointment she spent edging towards the door not even listening not even trying to pretend she cares. Unfortunately most of her patients come to her for the was drug prescriptions so if you’re looking for an actual doctor to help you keep looking! 0 stars

I saw Dr. Russ today for the first time. I was very impressed with the fact that she was willing to listen and with her efficiency. Many doctors will listen for a minute or less and then interrupt with what THEY think is going on. She asked questions to clarify and was very quick to see what medicines were needed. I will follow-up in 3 months, which was wonderful in itself because my previous doctor made me go in every month, even if I was just picking up prescriptions, Great job, Dr. Russ!
