I have had Dr. Serna as my primary care physician for many years. She takes exceptional care in handling my over all health and is tenacious in discovering the solution to any problems that I have had along the way. She enhances her medical knowledge with the importance of nutrition and exercise. My October appointment was thorough, informative and fun! She is an outstanding doctor!

Dr. Serna has been my doctor for many years and is always prepared with all details of my past medical information and asks pointed questions that I have not thought to ask. A a concierge doctor, she always gives prompt attention and excellent follow-up. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Serna has been my internist for over twenty-five years. As I approach eighty, I have complete confidence in here ability to continue offering excellent medical care.Her staff is very accommodating and works with me for office visits that are convenient to my schedule.

Dr Serna and her staff are the most kind and caring providers you will find. There is never a problem getting an appointment or getting an answer to your questions. Dr. Serna takes the time to listen to her patients and genuinely cares about each and every one of them. She is patient, listens to her patient's concerns and involves them in their own medical care. She offers virtual visits for some conditions which is great when you have a busy day and can't make it to the office. Stacey, her NP, has all the same wonderful qualities as Dr Serna. Sean is quick to answer portal emails and just overall friendly. Lata, her receptionist, is very professional over the phone and is always very helpful. I will be a patient for life!! Thank you, Dr Serna, for all you for your patients. You and your staff are truly a blessing!

As always, Dr. Serna covered all aspects of my overall health. She is very thorough and explains test results in a manner that I understand. If she has a concern, she addresses it with me. If I have questions or concerns, I can send a message in the portal, and someone gets back with me promptly. I love her staff. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Dr. Serna has been my primary care physician for a number of years, and I appreciate her thoroughness, expertise, and willingness to listen. She actively manages our care, but not in an obtrusive way, and follows up with any outstanding issues discussed during our visits. She also takes the initiative to coordinate with my other physicians to ensure that I am receiving good care from them. I have a high degree of confidence in her, and would gladly recommend her to anyone seeking a personal physician.

I have not found a better Doctor or a better staff. The staff is important as I have seen good doctors get let down by the staff, not the case with Dr Serna's staff.It may be odd to say however I actually look forward to my visits with her. and her staff.

Today I had my yearly check up with Dr Serna, and as usual, she is very professional, caring and knowledge! I left the office with the feeling that I have a plan to achieve better lifestyle! Her staff is very kind and professional as well! I strongly recommend Dr Serna!

Dr. Serna has a special way, ,in that she really listens, and together she has helped me with many health issues. She is very knowledgeable, caring Doctor. Her entire staff is the same way. My first visit with Dr. Serna was thorough and wasn't rushed. She listened and included my input in her overall evaluation and recommendations for changes going forward. I like that the focus is on life-style changes as well as medicine and that she didn't merely make recommendations, but helped me set up goals with milestones along the way to those goals.

Dr. Serna and all her staff are always super friendly, sensitive, and they always go the extra mile to help me with all my healthcare needs!!! I have severe anxiety issues but the staff and Dr. Serna help me navigate procedures by staying calm and encouraging! I so appreciate the service because no other doctors spend enough time with you to help you get to the roots of health issues. Their concierge service allows me to be seen very quickly same day or next day and in urgent situations I am usually able to avoid the urgent care facilities because I can get an answer immediately if it’s urgent!! Additionally, Dr. Serna has given me hope when I came down with a painful autoimmune disease. She was able to get me pain free with a new way of eating instead of having to take a harsh medication!!

From the moment I enter the office until the minute I step out the door, I feel like the "top priority" for the staff and Dr. Serna! Dr. Serna genuinely cares about overall patient health and wellbeing. She listens, sympathizes, guides, and acts upon immediate concerns and welcomes your opinion. Dr. Serna goes far above and beyond what I expect out of a physician. Bottom line, this is my most favorite doctor.

Her whole team is awesome and caring. She has been my doctor since 2001. She listens and helps you in your medical journey. Lifts you up when you need encouragement. Never makes you feel bad . keeps me going.
