Refuses to help
I have a very common issue that requires surgery. She refuses to help saying I need to stay on medication for life. The medication causes me so many problems and it will not heal my issue. Getting a second opinion

Office is checked out
It seems like the office has checked out. Cancelling appointments seems to be a consistent occurrence with the office. They cancel and then your left waiting weeks to see them, sometimes all for another cancelation again. Pretty disappointed and I can't comprehend why this seems okay.

Not confident in doctor
I was not pleased with Dr. Turbish. I felt she brushed off my concerns and sent me on a wild goose chase through other specialists to avoid helping me. In fact, all the time I have been going to this practice I have received no help. The office manager Liz is astonishingly rude.

Missed a common diagnosis which delayed treatment
Dr. Trubish and her P.A.'s missed a very common & serious health issue that Gastroenterologists should be knowledgeable about as it is part of the digestive system. I made repeated appointments with the same detailed concerns which are text book for the diagnosis that they overlooked. This resulted in emergency surgery and delayed the treatment of the Cancer. To make matters worse, she made light of the whole situation. It's a shame because I liked her otherwise. But I cannot dismiss the fact that my life was in danger from the misdiagnosis and also from having to delay cancer treatment as a result of the emergency surgery. The very least a Doctor, who made a grave misdiagnosis and mistake, can do is to apologize...not make light of it.

Dr. Trubish's office staff rates less than one star. The receptionist is the first person in an office that represents the delivery of quality care, dedication toward helping others, and an assurance of professionalism. Dr. Trubish's receptionist, Mary is cantankerous, antagonistic, catty, and pernicious. She is deficient in the skills that exemplify professionalism. It is unfortunate that Dr. Trubish has not taken heed with the various reports and complaints regarding her office staff.

I began going to Dr Trubish when she was just newly in practice at Buffalo Medical center. She was faced with a person in early 40's who had been told all my stomach issues were stress, age and pre menopause. Turns out it was was Ulcers, H-Pylori, hypothyroidism. She tested and figured it all out in 2 visits. Dr. Trubish listens and thinks while she is seeing you--a rare experience with most Drs. today. I am forever grateful to her--but, moved to Ma. so am unable to see her and her anymore!

I could not get an appointment. I was told I had to get my old medical records just to make an appointment. I am not sure where I was seen over 15 years ago. If I was able to get the records, I could not see the Dr. I have medical issues that I want to discus with a physician.
