Tests
I still am waiting for my PFT results from test taken 10 days ago. I have left 2 voicemails with staff. Everyone that has had it done, said they have results the next day. Wish I had chosen another pulmonologist.

Friendly and nice enough face to face. I felt confident with the revised treatment right after the appointment. However, looking back after I later had issues, he was selective when it came to what I had to say and what’s in my records, including medications I am allergic to. Did not provide any recommendations when I had serious issues with the drug he prescribed. The side effects of which were not accurately described during the appointment, while he seemed off guard by me experiencing any at all. Communication via the patient site didn’t work well, while reported open notes errors were never fixed. A doctor I never even saw was also listed on the patient site. Staff literally out to lunch when I called sometimes. Schedules out six months, and earlier appointments are impossible to get. The specialist my fairly new PCP recommended is much better thus far.

What could be improved
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
