I recently visited Dr. Borkowski at the American Family Care - Urgent Care center in Paramus for a concerning health issue. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr.Borkowski left much to be desired. Despite presenting symptoms indicative of a bacterial infection, Dr. Borkowski solely relied on CBC blood work to diagnose my condition. As a known fact, atypical bacterial infections often do not show up on blood work, and medical professionals must rely on clinical impressions. Despite expressing my concerns, Dr. Borkowski seemed dismissive and persisted with his approach. This lack of attention to clinical nuances and overreliance on lab results led to a delay in proper diagnosis and treatment. Consequently, I cannot recommend Dr.Borkowski to others seeking medical care.
