Put me at ease before a big scary surgery. Eplained in a way I could understand. Only time I did not get sick with surgery!

Never had such a kind anesthetist. He got our little boy to smile as he was going to sleep for his operation

Dr Greene made me feel like he was irritated by just having to give me his hurriedly robotic pre surgery speech. And when i dared to ask two questions he looked downright angry. And the answers showed he didn't actually listen to my specific question. Very unpleasant and rude. Maybe time to retire. At the very least this man should not be interfacing verbally with patients who are about to go into surgery with their lives in his hands.
