Extremely unprofessional staff and questionable billing department. Dr. Hallgren was rude, I only had two visit so I dealt with it. But then his staff just follows their rude leader in charge and customer service doesn't exist. Billed me for a surgery during my initial 15 minute office visit, they hid not answering my question why I was billed for a surgery. I was put on hold for 13 minutes only for the phone line to be disconnected. I called back, the billing lady said "the bill is what it is" and hung up.
