Do Not Recommend for Endometriosis
I had one terrible visit with Dr. McKay where he dismissed and patronized me. He was offended when I asked him questions about endometriosis, and was antagonistic when I disagreed with him. He finally offered me a hysterectomy and then ushered me out of his office. Against my better judgement I decided to proceed with a diagnostic laparoscopy just to get more information on my condition. The day before my surgery I met again with Dr. McKay to ask some questions regarding the procedure, but he stomped into the room and insinuated that I'm impossible to please before cancelling my procedure and asking where I wanted a referral to. While I had been reassured on several occasions that the doctor was an endometriosis expert, at the end of my very brief second encounter he stated that he delivers babies and this is not his specialty. His online notes after the fact stated that I was 'very, very emotional' and that spending an hour on me during my new patient appointment was unreasonable.

2days of spotting
76 years old and had spotting for 2 days.. had not had to see GYN for four years. Called Monday am and was given two appt times for same day. Came in and receptionist was very nice and made me feel like I had never left the office. She was very helpful. Got called in within 20 minutes of appt time. Saw Dr McKay whom I had had before. He was so nice and caring and spent some time just conversing to make me feel comfortable. His nurse was very nice also.she made me feel welcome and never hurried. Had Pap smear and biopsy. Then for good measure a sonogram right there. All looked good and I was so relieved. He told me it was important that I had come in. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was just the way it had been when I was a younger patient. I felt very good and was so happy with everyone there. Way to go womens health clinic.. thank you

He delivered my first child! Wonderful bedside manner! He did my tubal was excellect and joked with us. Highly recommend!!
