Dr. Sheffer is very knowledgeable, mild mannered and is an excellent communicator. Speaks in simple, everyday words. Explains results, symptoms and plan of care fully. Answers any and ALL questions you have. Never seems rushed and is always on time for your appointment! Very nice and kind Doctor. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I first came to Dr. Sheffer as a very sick person with high blood pressure. Thanks to his care, my blood pressure is excellent, and I am healthy again. I can’t recommend him enough or share all the praise he deserves. He is the GOAT! I highly suggest you retain him as your physician if you want quality care. It doesn’t get better than this.

He comes to the appointment on time, and well prepared.Listens and his feedback “ pulls no punches “He showed an openness to “ second opinion “ as situation dictated.

Takes time to fully explain & to listen. Knowledgeable, organized, caring, and fully engaged in your care. Does due diligence in pulling up your history and understanding it before the first meeting. Sets a high standard in patient care.

Met him in the ER after being taken there by ambulance. He diagnosed something the others didn’t. He became my cardiologist and found a couple other issues he has been watching. A wonderfully knowledgeable, intelligent, and caring doctor. His office is efficient and friendly. I will see his Nurse Practitioner for maintenance visits, but he will always see me for the big thins.

I have been a patient of Dr Sheffer since March 2018. Dr. Sheffer has always treated me with such respect and warmth. He always take as much time as I need explaining my health issues in a manner without looking down on me. He gets to know you as not only a patient but as a person. Extremely knowledgeable and his office staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone seeking his services and care.!! I am always bragging on him to my family , my friends and coworkers :)

Dr. Sheffer is an excellent physician and a kind person in general. Due to my specific medical condition, I have numerous specialists. I also have a daughter with special needs. This means interaction with MANY physicians for many years now. I am blessed with some excellent care for which I am very grateful. Yet, I have to say there are situations with mediocre care and some that require me to accept competence over kindness, respect, and professionalism. With Dr. Sheffer, I don’t have to choose. He is very competent, knowledgeable, excellent in his specialty AND is kind, respectful and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheffer.

Upon leaving the office, my 90 year old Dad says “ is it wrong to say that I love my cardiologist?” Dr Sheffer is a gem and treats his patients like family. He genuinely listens to what they have to say !!
