Dr. Douglas Webber, MD

Dr. Webber is the BEST doctor I've ever had.  He has been our family doctor for over 10 years--we all LOVE Dr. Webber.  Unfortunately, his office staff is the absolute WORST in attitude, organization, follow-up, and personality.  His staff wasn't always like this.  This current staff however, is deplorable and unempathetic.  Dr. Webber is too busy treating patients, he doesn't have time to be an office manager, nor should he!  I know that people don't often look forward to seeing a doctor, but I do, I just don't look forward to dealing with his incompetent, rude, clueless staff--especially Lesli--she's the worst, and I'm sorry to say not at all savvy in interpersonal skills--she argues with patients, tries to hang up on them, and takes zero accountability for her lack of judgement and incompetence.  I'm on the edge--I may be jumping ship--not because of Dr. Webber, who is amazing--but because of his TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF.

This review is solely about Dr. Webber's office staff. I have been a patient for over a decade, and not once have I received a promised call back related to appointment follow up, results, etc. Recently I've waited patiently for 2 months, and called many times for the Dr.'s feedback on test results. Each time I am told the same thing: 'I'll send him a message.' When I described my frustration I am told, 'I'm not sure who you spoke with.' There are two people in his office and I speak to the same one every time. Test orders are constantly fouled up, constant confusion and errors on what the doctor ordered, multiple follow up calls from me for the simplest requests...Dr. Webber has been an excellent doctor but I'm sorry to say I can no longer be his patient, based on my experience with his front office staff. The level of service and support from them is the worst I've ever experienced, in any industry. I used to tolerate it based on his excellent care, but I can no longer. Deplorable.

This man literally saved my life. He takes time with his patients, he is empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and a total gem. I am forever hoping he will not retire. It's safe to say I love this man

If you want an old school Dr that spends time with you so you don’t feel like you’re on a conveyer belt. Best Dr I’ve ever had

I’ve consistently received great care and treatment form Dr. Webber and his staff. I appreciate the extra time and effort they take to help me with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend him and his team!

He was a great man, and very patient! He's always so kind to my needs and is actually my regular doctor. I've seen him for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise for him.

Dr .webber always makes me feel at ease and make me feel comfortable when explaning my health issues. Hes very caring.

Dr. Webber has been my dr. for 2 yrs. I wouldn't trade him nor his staff for anything! I've always been seen on a timely matter & he has never popped in and popped out and call that a visit! He really takes the time and listens to me. He is so gentle and cares for his patients. When I came to him I had quite a few problems, which most have been resolved.If he needs to send me for testing, xrays, etc., it's immediately done. His staff is always welcoming and Tatiana (receptionist) is great!
