Dr. Dozier Hood, MD

Dr. Hood performed surgery on the sinuses under my cheekbone and under my eye. Additionally, he corrected my deviated septum. Even with all of that, I have had absolutely zero pain since my surgery, no bruising, no swelling and I can breathe better than I have been able to for years! Dr. Hood has a very calm and confident demeanor that instills confidence and is quite comforting. If you are looking for a great ENT, look no further than Dr. Hood

This was my first and only visit to Dr. Hood. Dr. Hood is so calm, supportive, personable and professional. The entire visit was actually enjoyable. I will certainly use Dr. Hood in the future as the need arises.

Dr. Hood listens with concern and was able to diagnose a situation that I have had for some time. I am able to get a timely appointment. The staff is friendly and the office is very clean.

Dr Hood is polite, patient, friendly and genuinely concerned about your situation. After suffering 8 months with Asthma symptoms, seeing several other doctors, on my first visit with Dr Hood, he properly diagnosed, treated and I no longer have any asthma symptoms. It was scary not breathing properly, wheezing and unable to sleep through the night. Also thankful, he discovered a thyroid condition because he went the extra mile. I'm grateful that he take time, listen and cares about his patients.

I have to give Dr. Hood 5 stars for the way he listen to what my problem was, did a preliminary exam followed by a CT Scan that confirmed what my problem was. After three years of no one knowing and being given every sort of medication(s) Dr. Hood is at the top of my list of ENT doctors.

Dr. Hood listened to my concerns, problems, reviewed my medications and my other health problems on the first visit and made a suggestion. On my second visit after reviewing the hearing tests from both visits and listening to my my updates he did an exam and felt I was dealing a problem I had first diagnosed about 23 or 24 years ago. He gave me some dietary changes to make to see if it helps. He was not rushed, reviewed everything and did a careful exam, answered my questions. I would see him again if the need arises. The staff as well was courteous, but professional.
