Happy Foot
From my first visit I was impressed by both Dr Taft and his staff. I have been to others podiatrist in the past and was less than impressed. Dr Taft performed a.great toe fusion on my left foot. The pre-order care the procedure and the recovery care were all exceptional. It is very clear everyone there really does.care.about you. It also is a.happy office.Something rarely if ever seen today. If you are having any foot or ankle issues you really should go here. Thank you Dr Taft and staff!! I now can walk without pain.

Kinda Meh
He is ok, staff not so much. Dr. Taft is very professional and seems great. He spends time with patients explaining possible procedures, but not so great with diagnostics. Office staff is not very proficient and does not really know whats going on or care about patients care.

I would highly recommend Dr. Taft. He was kind, patient, and not once did I feel he was not listening to my concerns or rushing the appointment. I have plantar facts and my pain level was at a 8-9 before I saw Dr. Taft. He informed me of a procedure called EPAT (shock therapy) and thought it maybe beneficial. I spent months in pain and within a month my pain level was down to a 2-3 and could resume my normal activities. Wonderful Dr.!!!!!

Nobody likes going to the doctor, but when I found Dr. Taft for my mom, he quickly became our favorite doctor - so much so that we actually looked forward to going to see him. He is kind, compassionate, competent, personable and, most importantly for me, I know my mom is in good hands with him. In fact, despite the fact that all of my doctors are at Mass General, when I injured my foot, I went to see Dr. Taft. He explained my condition, answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and suggested exercises for me that ultimately (and simply) took care of the problem. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this doctor - we recommend him without hesitation.

My mother who is 87 years old and does not drive anymore had an appointment with Doctor Taft at 4:45. Due to the traffic we were a little late we said we were sorry and the girl who was checking her in said she had to check with doctor to see if he could see my mother because we were supposedly 15 minuets late. She came back and said he could not see us we had to reschedule mind you the doctor had cancelled this appointment twice. When we got back out to my car I checked my phone and the time was 5:01. I don't believe we were 15 minuets late we were his last appointment of the day and he did not want to stay. We wil not be rescheduling with Dr Taft.

Drew Taft is an extremely caring and proficient doctor. I was going to a wound care center in New Hampshire, where I now live. I had a wound on my foot. I decided if I needed any further surgery, I was going to have Dr. Taft do it. I did and when I went back to the wound care center, the doctor couldn't say enough nice things about him. He said his work was outstanding. I won't go to another podiatrist!
