MONEY HUNGRY POLICIES!
I canceled an Ellacor procedure with more than 24 hours notice and have been told that they will not refund my prepaid $4,000. During my consultation, Dr. Taylor was super excited about using his new laser. Immediately after the consultation, I was requested to schedule the appointment, and then I was told that I was required to pay in advance (I should have known not to do this)! It was much like the time-share high-pressure sale. When I got home, I researched Ellacor and found negative reviews and several people who suffered extreme permanent skin damage. No doctor's office should charge in advance, and no doctor's office should keep the money for a canceled procedure. This office is all about the profits. Go elsewhere for patient care.
