Dr. Duane Worley, MD

It only took seeing him one time as my primary health care doctor at Sutter Health in Lincoln for me to go out of my way to make appointments with anyone but him. Saw him the day after I smashed my face in my steering wheel with a bent nose. This man told me to calm down and that my nose will go back to normal. Said it was my anxiety. Literally gaslit me the whole time, felt super unsafe… I left in tears. Fast forward 4 years and no Dr.Worley it did not go back to normal I now have a deviated septum, can’t breathe out of one nostril and I have to get surgery. I hope you lost your license, says you’re leaving sutter completely.

Dr Worley has been my Primary Care Physician for more than 10 years. In the past, I have been very satisfied with the care provided. Recently, it takes 3 weeks or more to get to see him. His PAs and MAs are more available. When you call his number, you are talking to a call center. You can't actually talk to his care team. You can send an online text to communicate with his staff. It takes several hours before someone replies to you request. A recent disappointment for me was one of his MAs referred me to a cardiologist, but did not provide the needed EKG. The cardiologist staff tried to contact Dr Worley's office, but reached a dead end with the call center. They called me, and asked how they could contact Dr Worley's office. When I called the number listed on the internet, all I could reach was the call center.I'm sorry to say, my recent experience with this office is very disappointing.

Dr. Worley is very kind and compassionate and efficient. He always takes his time with all of your questions. Dr. Worley is always on time. All Doctors should take him as an example of love for his patients.

My experience with Dr. Worley was not a pleasant one. I think if your condition is straightforward and not a couple one he might be fine, but if you have anything that is out of the norm he has no bedside manner, no empathy and will not take the time to listen to you. He will suggest that your physical symptoms are due to anxiety and ask you if you are seeing a psychiatrist and why, if not.

Dr. ADuane Worley is excellent in the categories described in this survey and holds the highest attributes reflected in other outside parameters. He is an asset to any medical establishment as he is in his own specialty practice. I and other patients conferred with regarding this physician hold high regard for this physician and would recommend him to any patient or practice.
