Dr Chung and his staff are incredible.
Dr Chung and his staff were great from the start. I will definitely send people to see him. Very knowledgeable and listens to what you are saying.

Has the worse bedside manner, horrible office receptionist, find another place to go, she makes the decisions, not Chung. He does not explain what is wrong and if you ask questions you are kicked out.

Thank you dr Chung for being the one who finally figured out what my problem is!! Thank you for taking your time in doing all the tests and explaining everything. Love the receptionist, she is very welcoming and caring. She definitely knows her job! I would absolutely recommend this place!!

He is impatient and did not take the time to explain the methods/tools he used during the visit. Also, his receptionist seemed out of touch with reality. The visit was unfortunate and seemed more about money than an evaluation.

I first went to another ent and was unhappy with his efforts. Next I tried Dr. Chung and was very pleased with his effort, communication, knowledge and willingness to explain my issue and answer my questions. Later when I had an emergency he saw me immediately. Some have complained about his staff which is only one person. I am completely happy with her also. She is friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend Dr. Chung and will see him again if I need an ent.

I won’t leave any rating because as I was a new patient his ignorant none educated in medical billing wanted to charge me 200.00 upfront ? Really when this supposed doctor is a Cigna doctor ! Really? Omg ?? hell no called Cigna they red flagged this doctors billing practices!

Dr Chung has seen my two children now. I was pleased by the care and ease of his bedside manner. The kids like him and his way of putting them at ease was great. I had an appointment at 10AM and was seen at 10AM. Dr Chung is a great person and I will return for myself and husband. His office staff is stellar also! I will recommend him to anyone with ear nose or throat problems.

Dr. Chung is personable and communicates all information in a comprehensible manner. He completed my husband's surgery to his liking and even followed up with a call later in the evening to check on his progress. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Went to this Doctor in 2014 same Insurance I have now. I was charged a copay of 50.00. I went back on 11/6/16 same Insurance as before and was charged 200.00 dollar's for this visit up front. Called insurance company and was told I should have only paid specialist copay of 50.00. The lady up front is rude when asked about it, and tell me they can charge what they want too. I will never go back and would not recommend anyone! Jeremy Little

My daughter is 2 yrs old and had tubes placed by Dr. Chung at Barrow Medical. We had an amazing experience. Dr. Chung was excellent at explaining things and reassuring that things would be easy and stress free. Barrow Medical was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely refer my friends and family to both Dr. Chung and Barrow Hospital. It's wonderful to have such great healthcare providers in Barrow County.
