The absolute best doctor/surgeon ever. Perfect bedside manner and really goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Went to him with a broken finger and he was very kind and helpful. I felt foolish for coming in with only a small break but he made me feel ok about taking up his time with something so little.

Barely examined me. Since I had CTS on the right wrist with surgery (which went VERY WELL) by another surgeon, he simply said something to the effect "you know what surgery will entail." Had a very small incision for my previous CTS and was healed and back to work in 2 weeks. Dr. Smith opened up entire palm of my left hand. I saw him once to schedule the surgery, once before the operation and then never again. I was out of work for over 6 weeks and my hand is a mess!

Rushed evaluation, didn't take the time to answer questions. Was given a wrist brace to wear without a fitting. It didn't fit properly and therefore made the injury worse (it stabilized my wrist in a dislocated position!) Had to get a second opinion and proper treatment from another doctor.

All appointments were a minimum of 30 minutes late. He did a poor sloppy half-exam and Immediately brushed me off to more useless therapy. When coming back after therapy, he told me he didnt work on the kind of injury i had, and again brushed me off to yet another therapist. He could have told me on day 1 that he couldnt help me! He completely wasted my time and money. Terrible doctor, terrible diagnosis, terribly lazy effort, completely careless. Months of more pain thanks to Dr. Smith.
