Top Notch
Met with Dr. Cole and was impressed with the interaction regarding my issues. He took his time listening intently - to what I was experiencing and made sure I understood the results of his exam and my xrays. Additionally, he made an effort later in the day to contact me to see if there were any additional questions etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole!

Terrible
If I could give this guy less stars I would. If you can get referred somewhere else, do it. First of all, I never got information when my appt was. They never even left me a message. And when I finally called I was informed late day of. I made it to the appt and was told it was in the other building (that info wouldve been great to have as well). I finally made it to my appt after running with my hurt back to make it. I was 3 MINUTES late to my appt and then he wouldn't see me! The office said "hes really strict about having his patients on time"..let me remind you I have no idea who this guy is. I told the front office to have him come tell me NO to my face. Someone went back to get him. He wouldnt come forward. They said he was too busy with "other engagements". 7 minutes into MY scheduled time and he's busy with other engagements. Coward. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not. These are not the characteristics of a person who cares about patients. They can sp

Changed my life!
I couldn't recommend Dr Cole enough! After having chronic tailbone pain for 4 1/2 years I finally found him. He did a procedure and I am Pain free! He is very nice and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Staff unprofessional and unhelpful. Sabrina was beyond rude and most unpleasant. My doctor from Vail twice forwarded information that unhappy, unhelpful, unprofessional, unpleasant SABRINA refused to research and find. Seems she could use some training, or a new line of work. Beyond substandard.

Never meet a more condescending person in my life. I left there feeling worse than when I walked in. The only thing good about Dr. Cole is his M.A

I spoke to him once when Dr Krauth asked me to. We did no exam, no shots, no anything but he asked me to sign a paper so if I came back later he could just treat me. Guess what he billed Medicare for an initial exam and was paid 328.00 for NOTHING. Ripped off Medicare.
