I'm extremely disappointed I cannot even see doctor cupp they only let me see physician assistant or a partitioning nurse they didn't even pull the x-rays they actually go off of the notes from the X-ray from ER and they claim that it is arthritis but I have a AC bone that sits on top of the clavicle bone and it grinds / pops and it burns and it affects all the way down my arm I cannot use my arm and all they did was refer me to a orthopedic specialists who will call in 2 weeks this is an ongoing situation since I fell on December 21st ended in ER on the 22nd and still cannot use my arm and the only thing they do is claim oh it's arthritis this is not just arthritis I never had a problem with my arm before I'm very disappointed very unsatisfied and it's a sad thing to think that a patient can't even see her own doctor and all they can tell you is go back to the ER I didn't even get an MRI they refused to do one my blood pressure is up from 118 to 132 and iam in severe pain ??

Dr. Cupp is a very nice person and easy to talk to. The problem is that he made me feel like all my issues were in my head. I went in to see him often because of various symptoms and he would do the bare minimum to treat me or just tell me it was nothing to worry about. A good example is a skin issue I was having that ended up being cancer but it took 3 visits for him to finally send me to a specialist. Since finding my new PCP, I have been diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases that I have likely had for years but he didn't bother to look into further while I was under his care. I wish I would have left his practice sooner but I kept trying because he was so nice. My message to Dr. Cupp would be to listen to your patients no matter how bizarre or frequent their complaints are. A little more investigation could prove to be something important for that person.

I really like Dr Cupp. He seems genuinely concerned about my issues and listens to me. After my Dr retired several years ago, I just went with whomever they put in...but was changing constantly due to the Doctors leaving and going to another practice. I switched to Dr Cupp at the beginning of 2021 because of an insurance change. So far, I'm glad I did.

Once I was there and checked in, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called. Dr Cupp is so nice and listened to what I had to say. I never felt rushed and he made me feel very comfortable. He redid some of my meds and I'll be checking back with him in a couple of weeks. I feel very fortunate to have found him.

While the nurse sends my blood pressure through the roof Dr Cupp is wonderful! He is pleasant, informed, compassionate and comfortable. He makes me feel at ease. After dealing with my primary concerns he always asks if there’s anything else. He’s not anxious to prescribe medications as cure alls for whatever ails one. Also, the receptionists have always been absolutely the best. Being at a physician office is never something I’m very excited about but I do feel comfortable here and believe I get great care!!!

Dr. Cupp is such a caring doctor. He truly takes the time to listen. He even met with me virtually a few days after I had surgery just to check on me. His office is quick to respond in the patient portal. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a wonderful primary care physician.

This doctor treated me as though I was faking illness. Even chose to document this. His manners were lackluster and he always borderline attacked me for smoking. He also almost abusively left me with out medication by never putting refills on my prescriptions and never responded to the faces until I emailed the office. Then, neglected to inform me when changing offices. I definitely do not recommend if you’re a smoker.

Last year I was new to OK. I was apprehensive about having to find a new doctor. But, I got really lucky. I found Dr. Cupp and that was that. He's wonderful. He is never in a hurry and makes you feel important. I always walk out of his office knowing that he cares for my health and does his best to make sure I have no questions when I leave. I really am blessed to have him for my doctor!
