Dr. Shawcross is by the far the most dismissive, inattentive and reckless positions I have ever encountered. I was admitted to the ER with severe head trauma. He spend no more than 2 minutes with me before discharging me. He took zero chart notes and Took it upon himself to assume I was there seeking a lawsuit. His dismissive actions resulted in me being re-admitted 48 hours later after having a seizure. I’m surmising Dr.Shawcross Is not concerned with his reputation due to the fact he is an ER doctor and not dependent upon referrals or a good standing within the community

I saw Dr. Shawcross in the St Anthony Hospital ER. My case was triaged promptly and efficiently. I had fallen, hit my head hard on the pavement and had several lacerations, scrapes and a concussion. My needs were met appropriately and in a timely manner. Dr. Shawcross ordered a CT scan, stitched and glued my lacerations, asked numerous questions most likely to determine the severity of my head injury and was very efficient, informative, caring and friendly.
