My consultation was quick and thorough. Dr. Smith clearly explained my injury and why surgery was needed. He explained the repair procedure, my options, and what I could expect from the recovery. His team worked with me to schedule the surgery to fit my timeline and to optimize my recovery and minimize temporary restrictions.

Dr. Smith is caring, compassionate, and reassuring. He is careful to explain what he is doing, and is very careful not to cause more pain. He made room in his schedule to see me on very short notice which was amazing and uncommon. I am giving him five stars because six isn’t an option.

Went to emergency room with terrible pain in my stomach. I ended up having my gallbladder removed by Dr. Smith on a Sunday the same day. He was so kind and explained everything thoroughly about the surgery. Surgery went great and I went for follow up appt and Dr Smith took his time and answered every question I had without rushing me. Highly recommend him you won't be disappointed!!!!

I met Dr. Smith while in Williamson Hospital ER. Although I didn’t know it, my circumstances were critical and required emergency surgery. I am so grateful that he was the surgeon on call that night. Upon his arrival to meet with me, I found his bedside manner to be incredible: Kind and thorough, as well as extremely knowledgeable. His manner helped me relax during difficult circumstances. The surgery and recovery went extremely well. Dr. Smith and his team checked in on me daily during my 4 day recovery in the hospital. I feel blessed to have him as my surgeon!

Dr Smith was referral from my PCP. Ftom the time I walk into the office, I was impressed with how the registration personnel was very friendly and courteous. The wait time to see Dr Smith was very quick. Once the nurse took my vitals, PA game in and asked me questions and examined me, Dr Smith came in to discuss my issue and talked about the procedure, I felt very comfortable with Dr Smith and his staff.

He was so thorough. Has great bedside manner. Kind, patient and informative. Would highly recommend.

With the exception of Kim, the scheduling nurse, the doctor and staff were great. Kim was more interested in getting the next two patients scheduled than she was in making sure she had accurate information for my elderly dad and we understood what my dad would need to do the night before and morning of his surgery. When I tried to ask questions, I was informed she had two patients waiting and the implication was that we needed to move on.

Dr Smith was highly recommended by my primary Healthcare doctor. It was clear why he recommended him. Dr Smith was very attentive and asked many questions to ensure he diagnosed my health condition and has scheduled surgery in a timely manner to get my quality of life back.

Dr. Smith and his staff are fantastic!!! My surgery could not have gone better, in my opinion. I would definitely, definitely recommend Dr. Smith wholeheartedly.
