Unfortunate Failure to Comply with Texas Law
The Good: My husband, my son and I all saw Dr. Tran for several years. Her care and expertise are unparalleled. She is one of the best care providers I have ever seen. The Bad: Her office procedures leave something to be desired. At the onset of the pandemic, my son and I needed to schedule an appointment. After we both made multiple attempts to contact the office by phone, leaving numerous voice mails, and messages through the portal, my son went into the office to set up an appointment. The receptionist told him that Dr. Tran was no longer seeing us due to a conflict of interest. We were shocked. We were never notified, as required by law, that she would no longer be treating us, which left us without continuity of care for an extended period while the pandemic raged on. We will notify CMS, Texas Medical Board, TMA and TX Attorney General. A simple conversation or even the legally required written notification could have prevented the need to file formal complaints.

I was extremely ill. Probably should have died! I was blessed to have been treated by Dr. Tran. As a medical doctor I understand medicine. Under her care I had no issues in trusting her to make sure I recovered. Her kind bedside manner, diligence and attention to detail help save my life! Over my life as both a medical doctor and patient I have met probably thousands of medical doctors. There is no other medical doctor That I have met that I would rather have as my medical doctor! If you are lucky enough to have her as your doctor you are fortunate! I cannot Recomended her highly enough!

Dr Tran is a great doctor. She spends plenty of time with each patient but this results in very long wait times. Allow 2 hrs for appointments between checkin and checkout. I don’t want to change doctors but this is very frustrating.

I have been bringing my mother to see Dr. Tran for over a year, and I must say that I am so impressed with her skill, knowledge, and compassion. She has been so kind to my mother, and to me. Working with her through a difficult time, it is reassuring to have a knowledgeable guide who has helped others before you. I strongly recommend Dr. Tran and her staff for anyone who might have to face the stark reality of an aging parent, and wants support, guidance and a skilled physician to assist them
