Don’t recommend
I visited Dr. Dwayne Rollins at ENT Queens for persistent sinus issues, including burning sensations and post-nasal drip. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly explaining that my symptoms had not improved after initial treatments, my concerns were dismissed with no real investigation or consideration of other possible causes. The only solution offered was another nasal spray, with no explanation or follow-up plan. Dr. Rollins was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked the empathy or thoroughness that any patient deserves. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews I’ve now read, it’s clear this practice does not prioritize quality care or communication. I would not recommend this provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rollins for more than 5 years. He is very detailed and shows genuine concern for all of his patients. As a result if him being so detailed about everything my cancer was caught at a very early stage and after under going treatment I am cancer free. Dr. Rollins is trust worthy and highly professional. The office and the staff are also very pleasant and professional at all times.

Warning! I came in for a basic ear wax removal and he messed up my ear canal, not only did he cause me severe pain but he had no bedside manners and caught an attitude when I didn't allow him to continue digging in my ear with metal utensils. He scraped my ear canal so bad I left with pain in my ear and jaw. I'm writing this almost two hours later and I'm still in pain. I will be going to another doctor to check if he caused any ear drum damage. If you cherish your hearing do not come to this doctor.

I saw Dr. Rallings because of a constant itch in my left ear. I found him to be unpleasant, and reluctant to answer questions related to my condition, as if I didn’t need to know. He performed a hearing test and determined that I need hearing aids and referred me to an audiologists. Later I found out that there was nothing wrong with my hearing. At each visit he would poke an instrument in my nostrils in order to charge more money. I don’t like or trust him, he’s unpleasant.

Ugh, WORST customer service ever from office staff! Zero rating on all fronts! After sending a certified letter of complaint to the Doctor, I was informed by the office manager that the Doctor refused to see me for a follow-up visit to discuss my results. Unbelievable!

Doctor Rollings is unresponsive and unethical. He performed a procedure on me which was partially done. I called his office about 6 times within a month including the day the procedure was done to let him know that he did not remove all the legions in my throat I told that what I was seeing was not what I saw. Finally I was given an appt an,d he refused to see me because I said it was i shouldn’t have to pay a 2nd time for incomplete work.

Excellent Doctor. Providing Professional Advice always very thorough and responsive. Easy to get an appointment at his office. If you looking for an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor he is the one to call . Dr. Rollins and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my Otolaryngologist physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looki

I wish I can give this doctor no stars at all. Very insensitive, unfriendly, unpleasant and rude. I waited over an hour an a 1/2 to be seen. The office and the tools used are dirty and antiquated. He didn't introduce himself when he entered the room nor did he he have a conversation with my daughter who was nervous, scared and crying uncontrollably. The staff is friendly and helpful however If your considering this office..... PLEASE RECONSIDER! It's not worth the time, effort or meter

I suffer from allergies during the winter. I would go to my primary care physician but they were always unable to help me. Dr. Rollins is awesome and fixes me up real well. I am happy with his services and would recommend him.
