Last week I had a parotidectomy performed by Dr. Ellerbe. I was quite nervous about the surgery. The doctor was very thorough with his explanation of what the surgery would entail, recovery time, risks, etc. Every aspect of this treatment was professionally handled beyond my expectations. This included setting up appointments with office staff, the surgery center as well as follow-up from the surgery. I have had a couple of questions since the surgery and was immediately able to reach a technician for assistance. I can easily recommend Dr. Ellerbe with the Acent team and Alaska Surgery Center who performed the surgery.

This has been a two year process, and each time I've come in the staff and Dr. Ellerbe have been exceptional. Everyone has been really nice and helpful...and the facility is top notch. Also, I really appreciate the help with dealing with my insurance company, and making the UP3 procedure possible for me.
If I have any friends who are considering the procedure, I will gladly highly recommend ACENT to them. Not that I want to do it again (the recovery was pretty brutal!), but if I had to do it again, I would definitely do it here no question.
Big thanks to Patty as well for answering all my extra questions, help with prescriptions, and last minute appointment changes.
