Terrible, Terrible, Horrible Experience. If there was a zero rating it would be zero. The doctor is very arrogant and rude.

Dr. Flower was very rude. He pretty much called me silly for bringing my child to the Er that night and that it was silly for me to want her to be tested for covid. He even brought up how many times my child had been to the Er and also ask me if I even took her to pediatrician. He was very rude and ugly.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Flowers. Not only does he know his science but rarely do you find a doctor in the emergency room that truly cares about the patient. Unfortunately, I have been admitted in the ER more than my fair share.

Dr. Flowers saw me immediately. He had a kind and empathetic bedside manner. His workup was thorough and his diagnosis was exactly right. I would recommend Dr. Flowers and Merit Health Madison to anyone who is sick and in need of help. I’m better now, and I’m thankful for the care I received.

“I’m sorry but if you lost 50 pounds in 5 weeks you’d be dead. That’s Impossible.”—Dr. Tim Flowers Meanwhile, 5 Days later patient is admitted for chemoport to prepare for total parenteral nutrition due to 55 pound weight loss in 5 and 1/2 weeks and constant vomiting, hypokalemia, and dehydration. Lovely bedside manner, this doctor. Not sure if ignorance or inexperience has clouded his medical judgement.
