I need to edit or add to my review to add that the nurse Courtney at the Westbank office is the rudest most disrespectful “person” I’ve ever dealt with. (Person is in quotes because I’m resisting the urge to call her a bad name on here) She has the worst attitude and she hung up on me when I said I was looking for another doctor. When I called back, she refused to make me an appointment with a specialist because I’m looking for a new doctor, even though I’m still dr peepers patient. After I told her I need to go to the specialist and am still his patient even though I’m looking for a new doctor, she said “fine, I’ll make you an appointment” and hung up on me AGAIN. I’m confident she’s not going to make me the appointment. No wonder I’m looking for a new doctor! The people at this office are so terrible

I've been thinking about writing this review for a few years now. I saw Dr. Peeper in 2015; I just had a question to ask him. After speaking with me Dr. Peeper told me a pap smear would be covered by my insurance. I told him I didn't want one done. He left the room and a female assistant came in and gave me a robe, telling me he'd give me the pap smear. I felt very uncomfortable during the exam. A few weeks later I was billed $360 for it. I called the office and my insurance provider, and explained that I was told I wouldn't be billed for the service. Most people I spoke to were not able to help me, but I finally reached one woman who told me this had been an issue in the past and that she had received similar calls from other women about Dr. Earl Peeper. To protect her privacy, I am not going to divulge her name or position here. I would not recommend this doctor to any woman seeking medical care.

Dr. Pepper is the best Gynecology in New Orleans. He is a God sent to my family! This Dr. and his staff really cares about his patients and their families. My daughter had 3 miscarriages and a stillborn and giving up all on hope of ever having a child. Now that she is a patient of Dr. Pepper she now has 2 beautiful children. Dr. Pepper took excellent care of her and the babies doing both pregnancies. Thank you Dr. Pepper from the bottom of my heart. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Pepper is someone you should consider visiting.”

He adds to many new patients. The wait time is ridiculously. About 30 to 45 mins. He doesn't take his time when he gets in the room . He rushes . Refuse to tie tubes. Pior to c section. Makes u come back in 2 months not to mention he knows your health condition and don't care . New doctor asap

I’m my opinion he’s not a good doctor! He didn’t address any of my concerns I was having, his nurses were lazy & didn’t communicate well. He rushed through my appointments, it got to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore & wanted a diff doctor ASAP!
