Dr. Moran is great! I am not sure why some of you had a "bad experience" with him but I have nothing but good things to say about him and he has always treated me with respect and kindness at every visit. A friend of mine told me how wonderful he is and I decided to give him a try. I have no regrets about choosing him as my doctor, except I wish I would have gone to him sooner! He is a great Christian man and that matters to me when I am receiving care from a doctor because I know that he is caring for his patients the way that God would have him to. A man that respects God is the kind of doctor that I want to trust my health to. Cabrini Hospital has a lot of praying doctors that give God the glory in all that they do and it shows in the care that they give. Dr. Moran is one of those doctors. Give him a try! You'll see how awesome he is and you'll never want to go anywhere else! Thank you, Dr. Moran, for being the hands and feet of Jesus by the way that you take care of your patients!

Sent me home (45 minutes away) in excruciatingly painful active labor and told me to come back when my water broke of my contractions were ONE minute apart (instead of the 5 minutes apart when I had come in)

Horrible: no compassion, very rude to patients and family, and my C-Section incision became horrible infected and I had to stop nursing to take antibiotics for the surgicalsite infection

Dr. Moran is one of the most personable doctors in the area with excellent bedside manners. He has a way of making you laugh and takes your mind off of being at the doctors office. He shows a genuine concern for his patients and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor! When I was searching for a new ob/gyn, someone told me how excellent he was and I decided to give him a try! I am very happy with my choice!

I had all prenatal visits at alex women's center and had pre-admitted at Cabrini Hospital. I came in around midnight with contractions > minute long, four to five minutes apart for three hours with severe pain with contractions. At 6am; he decided that I was not dilated enough (3 1/2 cm) so he sent me home: despite me reminding him that I lived 45 minutes away and that I was in extreme pain, he said to return when contractions were "1 minute apart" and my H2O was broken!

Does not care about his patients. I was his OB patient. I had to switch doctors at 33 weeks into my pregnancy because he wouldn't accept my Medicaid that I had to switch to from my old insurance. They wanted me to pay a ridiculous, absolutely unaffordable lump sum of money upfront or I had to find a new doctor. Luckily I was able to find a new doctor even that late in my pregnancy. Very uncompassionate. He rushed me in and out of my appointment without even listening to my concerns.
