Dr. Joelson really listens to patients and is very kind and even funny sometimes when it is appropriate. He makes his patients feel more confident and the business of aging a whole lot easier.

Dr. Joelson is by far the best primary care doctor I have ever had, and I've had many. He is exceptionally kind, caring, understanding and supportive. He listens to everything I say without judgement and offers unbiased advice based on his unbelievable medical expertise. I truly am blown away by his knowledge. In fact, he correctly diagnosed an issue I was having that a specialist completely missed. I truly cannot make one negative comment about him and above highly recommend him.

Dr. Joelson is an excellent PCP for anybody who is in good health. He is cordial and smart, and he seems genuinely concerned....BUT, for patients who have health problems, i do NOT recommend Dr. Joelson. For one, the "Sokolov" office is terrible -- Other docs are rarely reachable when "on-call" and often rude. Joelson himself has a good grasp of health basics, but for advanced issues, he turns largely to "google" - often the patient must recommend his own treatment options and path forward.

Considerate and caring. Good listener and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. He keeps me on my toes as far as lab testing and X-rays.
