Telehealth
It has been over a month trying to get ahold of him or anyone in his office. I hate leaving a bad review but I feel its important for others to be warned, it would have saved me a lot of anguish. For the past weeks I've been thinking I must be going insane and even doubting my pharmacy doing their job trying to reach out in other the get my refills. Now see the review I understand this has happen to others.

Has been great to finally be heard
Telehealth
So yes he doesn’t call at the exact time scheduled but that’s the same as if you were in office. He has listened to me and is helping me to get on medication that actually works for me. I’ve seen him 3 times now and he is very friendly, listens to my issues and offers helpful suggestions.

Not reliable
Dr. Medina did help me with the right prescription! I had been seeing him through Teladoc. But unfortunately he is not reliable. We had a scheduled appointment and he did not call. I reached out to Teladoc and I finally was able to schedule an appointment with him 2 weeks later. Then for our next follow up appointment once again he did not call. He’s a good doctor but he IS NOT RELIABLE. When it comes to mental health you should be able to trust your doctor will be there.

I've been trying to get ahold of Dr. Medina since July 8th to reschedule appointment. It's August 6th and no response to myself or pharmacy. He helped and the meds did too. I don't know what to do but find another doctor and appointments are scheduled months out.
