Wonderful! She's always been extremely nice, listens to my concerns, has gone out of her way to help me and I have had really good results from her treatment. I would highly recommend.

I went to her once, and did not go back next time I needed the same services. She was very unclear about prescriptions I needed to pick up, not thorough in explanations, and when I had to call to ask about my situation, she berated me over the phone saying, "I can't believe I'm having to explain this to you again. You need to learn how to listen." I could not believe a doctor was speaking to me like that. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend her.

I almost scheduled an appt with Dr. Bielitz but her receptionist got frustrated with me after 3 min. because I was asking questions about her services, so I could make sure I was going to the right dr. She got frustrated & said if I wasn't going to book,she had other clients &hung up on me. I found another num. and called back. It was Dr. Bielitz. She also didn't want to answer my questions about her services, told me to hurry,told me she didn't want me as a patient, not to come" hung up on me.
