Dr. Edmond Mertzenich, DPM

I was running little late for his appointment I called the office and told them that I’m running little late! They said no problem I’m still in for the appointment! When I arrived I checked in and sat in the waiting area, I was there for an hour waiting till I saw he took all the patients but did not take me!!! When I went and I asked front desk what is going on and why I’m still here! She told I was late and it’s no show and I have to reschedule! Even though I called in and they said no problem the doctor will still see me! And they didn’t tell me about rescheduling till I went and asked them why am I still waiting here in the office lobby? This doctor is absolutely not professional and bad business! I highly recommend finding someone else for your doctor and avoid this doctor and his unprofessional staff.
