I had a terrible experience and will never go back. I waited for an hour and a half. The doctor never came out. No one told me how long I would be waiting and it was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had. I’ll never go back. I can’t wait in the lobby in the middle of a workday for almost 2 hours when I have a clear appointment that I booked four months ago. I’m not sure why they even make appointments if they don’t honor them.

Worst wait time in history - don’t go!
I waited for an hour and a half in the middle of the workday and not only did I have to leave because she never showed up for the appointment but no one came out to even let me know what time she was available to reschedule or anything. It was the most unprofessional experience and the facility takes 30 minutes to get into with traffic and parking. I will never go there again

Dr Jones will be there for you!
Appointments can be hard to get so book ahead!Dr. Jones is knowledgeable and caring. She never rushed you out the door. She tries her best to be there for you in a compassionate manner. She listens and explains the results well.I had a period of time that I needed her alot and she always made an appointment for me. She even gave me her cell number. I ended up calling her crying in the ER when I was sick. She actually picked up and helped talked to the ER doctor to get me the right treatment. I give her my highest recommendation! Amazing doctor!

I have actually been under Dr Jones ‘ care for 1.5 years. Yes she will do the tests you need her to do, however every appointment I find myself pushing her to figure out what we need to do proactively so I do not end up in my 70s with kidney failure. I feel that we are in the “wait and see” phase instead of proactive changes.
