Dr. Edroy McMillan, MD

Been a patient for many years (at least 10 years) and the wait time to see physician is normally horrible. My last appointment I waited for the doctor for 1 hour 40 minutes. I honestly was minutes from leaving. I was at the appointment over 2 hours. I will be seeking care elsewhere after this appointment. No apology for the wait was given and staff wasn't very friendly. Experience for actual appointment was just okay, however I felt like no one knew why I was there including the doctor.

I have seen Dr. McMillan for years he is very knowledgeable and kind and cares about his patients. He takes time with you and is very thoughtful. Very good doctor, I highly recommend.

He is rude, thoughtless and lacks basic empathy. Sometimes medical professionals can become cold and indifferent after practicing so long and this maybe his case. He was very rude and arrogant. I had no choice but to see him due to my regular being out of office for test results. He was very thoughtless and I left his office with no direction or finalization because I was very uncomfortable. I mentioned my experience to another individual and they said oh I could have told you about him he has always been rude. I wish I had thought to read reviews I may have cancelled my appointment. The sad thing is I have seen another dr within this office for years but will now be leaving this office as a result of my experience with him. He should not be allowed to continue to treat patients this way. I honestly feel that if he is a so called christian he did not exemplify this in anyway for a first time patient or appointment.

Dr. McMillan is hands down the most rude and most disrespectful doctor/human I have ever met. After about 6 eye rolls I had had enough and kept my mouth shut for the remainder of the appointment. Contradicts his co workers. Talks to you like you’re stupid and like his coworkers are stupid. Will never be seen by him on that office again.

Dr. McMillan delivered my first child. He was the coldest, most condescending physician, who treated me as if I were invisible in the process. He made me feel as though my delivery was a waste of his time.

The rudest doctor I have ever been to. I made an appointment with Women's care and was assigned to see him. He came in, sat down with head in hand and literally never even looked up at me. He treated me like I was wasting his time. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but others say they've had similar experiences. I stopped going to Women's Care because of that- there's no excuse for treating people like that who come for help.

A great doctor that listens to your concerns and addresses them!!

He's a really great doctor really cares about u and your child's well being. He has been my doctor for my last two children and I tried going to a doctor in Galion(Huggins) with my third pregnacy, he was just aweful. I am going back to McMillan, he takes a while but worth it.
