Ridiculous wait time
Arrived 15 minutes early for a 1015 appointment today and it’s now 1115 and they still haven’t seen me the office is even slow. I don’t know what’s going on in here but I’m done so I told the receptionist I’m not waiting any longer and I left. I’m not gonna wait in the office for over an hour with no excuse for delays when I have work to do and other things with my life.

No communication
Yesterday I was called to come in and have blood drawn, I asked if I could also be seen as I had an issue I wanted to discuss with a medical professional, I was told to come in and I would be seen as a walk in in the morning, I was told it would not be a problem. I put in an absence request at work, and came in… was told that I could not be seen, that they were over booked. Which is why I had asked specifically if I would be seen, to request time off… the level of unprofessionalism is on another level. I am likely not to return.

Dr Candanosa has cared for me on numerous occasions when I have been extremely ill. As a registered nurse and a patient, I can tell you that he is highly competent and caring and I know I could not be in better hands. I am extremely blessed to have him care for me at his Clinic... Specialized Family Medicine 801 Nolana Suite 3.
