Staff in office not service oriented. Very rude and harsh treating patients. Had to leave without seeing doctor.

The doctor and his staff are professional and have terrific interpersonal skills. Now, this is my opinion which is prior to the Pandemic (Covid-19). Be prepared to be in the office waiting for a very long time. Due to the lack of Pain Management specialists in the Island that accepts insurance, the volume of patients is enormous. This is due to a lack of this specialty on the island of Puerto Rico. Outside of that,,,,, Dr. Ibarra is a terrific physician.
