Dr. Moreno was he anesthesiologist for my sister in law at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. His bed side manner was very poor. Of course being her first baby she felt a little scared to have a huge needle stuck in her back and instead of reassuring her he sarcastically said “Why is she crying”. All the while he was flirting with the nurse that was assisting with the procedure and created a very awkward tense environment that should not have been in the room. Very dissatisfied with his service.
