THE TRUTH ABOUT HIM
Dr. Noguera, is one of the best providers I have ever had the pleasure to meet with. He is very friendly if you are courteous, and patient. You have to realize that he a busy provider so if he seems dismissive it is not that your care is un-important, but because he has a million things going on his head. He is very professional, and efficient. And some reviews I have read of him are not constructive and superficial. And you have to realize that he is only able to determine a diagnosis from tests and equipment, which specialty care DOES NOT HAVEi s i.e. Ct, x-rays or any other specialized equipment LIKE A HOSPITAL OR AN URGENT CARE OR YOUR PCP, due to the fact that they do NOT NEED TO. WHAT THEY DO HAVE IS ENDOSCOPY AND COLONOSCOPY and SPECIALZED supplements and other GASTROINTESTINAL EQUIPMENT. YOU HAVE TO REALIZE YOU COME FOR SPEACIALIZED CARE NOT AN ANSWER, Okay? SO, whomever REFFERED YOU is the issue.

Terrible doctor
I had an endoscopy to help in diagnosing the cause of chronic reflux that is not responding to prescribed PPIs. Dr. Noguera was the assigned physician. I had not met him before the procedure. He stood outside the cubicle while other providers were meeting with me but never approached my bed, introduced himself, or asked me any questions. After the endoscopy, he told me I had reflux (no news there) and told me to take over the counter PPIs. I am already taking prescription-strength PPIs which he would know if he looked at my chart. I asked him if he saw signs of a hiatal hernia as that was suspected as the cause of my reflux, and he looked surprised and mumbled about not seeing signs of that. Did he look? It is clear he hadn't consulted my chart. When I asked him about taking more PPIs when I have osteoporosis, he told me I could treat one of the other--not true as there are other reflux RX or perhaps a limited treatment with PPIs. I have no confidence in him as a doctor.

Saw the doctor five and half years ago. Polyps found. Have not been contacted for follow up. I left multiple messages and went to the office to find out when I should have another procedure (usually three to five years when polyps are found). I was sent away with no resolution and have not been contacted since. I want a doctor who cares just a little bit about my health.

Dr. Noguera quickly identified what was going on even though it is apparently sometimes difficult to diagnose. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the treatment.
