Terrible, Terrible, Terrible
Not a review of a visit - this is a review of multiple interactions we've had with them only via telephone. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Medical records sent to them from another physician have disappeared or "may have been shredded" as an appointment was not made to see the doctor (this was during Covid-19). Practice has supposedly stopped taking the insurance we have - no information provided about this beforehand. Samantha the NP is the only saving grace here. She is good.

Dr. Ribeiro is my husband and my PC physician and has been for many years. He is very thorough and is always willing to spend the necessary time to listen to our concerns/ailments and offers great care. We also see his wonderful NP, Samantha Oliveira. She rounds out this wonderful Medical team. We are most grateful for their care and attention. We will NEVER leave their practice. We are fortunate to be one of their patients and are happy to to recommend their quality care and services Joanie & Reggie Dunn
