Dr. Edward Badal, MD

I met with Dr. Badal as a new patient, and shared my history with him -- including the fact that I am a recent prostate cancer survivor; I stressed the importance of my next PSA test. While he was very cordial during our visit, Dr. Badal’s follow up was horrendous. After not receiving review notes regarding my blood panel 4 days after results were posted, I summarized my key concerns in a MyChart message for him. When I did receive a review… there was not a single mention of my PSA. I messaged him again expressing concern with my PSA levels, and a nurse responded that my level is “normal”. I wrote back to say “normal” doesn’t apply to me because of my medical history, and that I wanted to hear Dr. Badal’s thoughts about my PSA level. I was ignored. My message went unanswered. Ignored… The new Endeavor marketing campaign says “You’ll be treated like the most important patient we’ve ever had… Because you are!”. Endeavor Health should know that Dr. Badal is way off-brand
