Dr. Bieber’s “bedside manner” was awesome. He explained away all of my fears of the recommended treatment and instilled in me complete confidence that the option I chose in the end was the best one for me moving ahead.

Prompt professional courteous
Online checking was efficient and easy. Upon arrival at the office I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Quick evaluation, quick X-rays, quick (but not rushed) evaluation by the physician. Very positive experience

Nice office
Dr. Beiber is thorough, personable and professional. All of the members of his staff are friendly and competent. My only criticism is that I had to wait for someone to pull out so I could get a parking space. AND I had to pay for it. Other than that, it’s a great office.

A very knowledgeable doctor
Even though, Dr. Biber is very experienced in his area, I find that letting the patient wait for him for over 1.5 hours is a little too much for me. It is very disrespectful! And when he showed up, he spent less than 5 minutes with me.
